A solution.. A short time ago, I informed those of you who read my posts, that I was moving things to blogger because google has become such a factor in my social efforts..
Now why I didn’t think of this before is a clear sign that maybe I am just a little bit pre-occupied with other tasks, but here is what I am going to do Because it’s just that easy.
If you are interested you can follow the link to my latest thoughts here.
Thanks for being patient while I figure this all out.
As this trend of busy continues, some highlights for the week. The preparations for the art
show are coming along nicely. We are ready! Thanks go out to Della’s Chocolates, and Village Pizzeria for all the help and items they are bringing to the show. A link to the event with all information can be found here.
I also noted and thanks to some old friends received information that my winter wonderland photo was published in our local paper.
In summary, this has been quite the week and being busy keeps me out of trouble.
As part of my upcoming show in my home town of Middleport, New York, Jim and I took a few minutes to capture some images of home. The shot displayed today I am calling Destination Unknown. It is simply a black and white image with some contrast within the frame. Having the urge to create a deep depth of field and an image that just goes on forever I found myself down on the ground and committed to the aspect and perspective.
Shot with an ultra wide-angle lens on a very cold and cloudy day. I am considering adding this one to my National Geographic Profile. I am and always have been a fan of B&W imagery, but sometimes think that it is a lost art.
